    Bell is seeking a HR Leader, Employee Relations who will be responsible for developing effective employee relations processes and strategies, supports investigations and determination of outcomes, and actively monitors and reports on company and governmental employee compliance requirements\. This role will also provide guidance to HR personnel and leaders across the organization on employee relations matters\.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities:

    Provides overall oversight and guidance across Bell on employee relations matters\. Includes coaching and partnership with leaders/HRBPs, conducting investigations and mediating disputes\.Manage HR compliance, tracking requirements and Textron hotline; reports on hotline and compliance matters to both Bell/Textron leadership and compliance personnel\.

     

    Provides training and support to HR on employee relations issues, best practices, and conflict resolution\.Manage Compliance training requirements for Bell\.

     

    Provides counsel and insights Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other similar federal and state laws\.Oversee investigations and support any reporting to Federal and State Agencies \(audits, EEOC reporting, ADA evaluation/determination, EEO complaints\) related to employment actions\.

     

    In coordination with Labor Relations will interact with union leaders and bargained employees in support of compliance, training and matters involving governmental agencies, ADA evaluation, Textron Help Line, etc\.Administers salaried and salaried non\-exempt workforce reduction process and evaluations\.Conducts audits of HR processes across the organization and provides recommendations for improvement, assists in the development of corrective action plans in support of ongoing compliance\.Develops, implements, and collaborates with stakeholders in the development of company policies, procedures, and programs related to employee relations across all Bell locations domestically and internationally\.Develops, present, and administers departmental budget\.Performs other related duties as assigned\.

    Qualifications

    What you need to be successful

     

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or related field required\.

     

    Master's degree or JD beneficial\.

    At least 7 years of related experience required

    5 years of management experience required

     

    Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relationsSHRM\-SCP preferred\. **What we offer you in return**
