Zantech is looking for a talented Journeyman Applications Software Developer to provide software development support for Power Platform modernization efforts for an upcoming Hybrid role supporting the USCG.

This role will be focusing on application testing, maintenance, and user support ensuring quality deliverables and supporting the development team's productivity.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

+ Support senior developers in application development tasks

+ Conduct functional and user acceptance testing

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications

+ Maintain development documentation and user guides

+ Assist with data validation and migration testing

+ Support user training and onboarding activities

+ Growth opportunity to advance to senior developer role

+ Expected to participate in continuous learning and skill development

+ May assist with after-hours support during critical deployments

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

+ 3-5 years in software development with 1+ years in Microsoft technologies

+ Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals (Power Apps, Power Automate)

+ Basic database concepts and SQL

+ Software testing and quality assurance

+ Version control and development tools

+ Problem-solving and debugging skills

+ Technical documentation

Preferred Certifications/Education:

+ Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

+ Technical training in Microsoft technologies

+ Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

+ Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100)

+ Software testing certifications

+ Agile development certifications

Required Security Clearance:

+ US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
