    Zantech is looking for a talented Data Systems Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical leader for a comprehensive data systems modernization initiative, providing expert-level guidance on Microsoft Power Platform implementation, system architecture, and integration strategies for an upcoming Hybrid role supporting the USCG.

     

    This role requires advanced technical expertise in low-code platforms and federal IT modernization.

    Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

    + Lead technical design and architecture decisions for Power Platform implementations

    + Oversee development team and ensure adherence to best practices

    + Design and implement API integrations between legacy and modern systems

    + Provide technical guidance on data migration strategies

    + Ensure compliance with DHS cybersecurity and accessibility requirements

    + Mentor development team members and provide technical training

    + Must be available for emergency technical support within 24 hours

    + Expected to present technical solutions to senior government leadership

    Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

    + 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform

    + Expert-level Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

    + System integration and API development

    + Database design and migration strategies

    + Agile/DevOps methodologies

    + Federal government IT compliance (DHS 4300A)

    + Solution architecture and technical leadership

    Preferred Certifications/Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

    + Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

    + Advanced coursework in enterprise architecture

    + Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)

    + Current Microsoft technology certifications

    + Microsoft Azure certifications

    + Project Management Professional (PMP)

    + TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
