    Facilities Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift (Oxford, OH) | $28–30/hr | Temp-to-Perm

We’re hiring **two Facilities Maintenance Technicians** in **Oxford, OH** to join a team that keeps operations running smoothly across multiple facilities. Whether you’re an early riser or a weekend warrior, we’ve got a shift that fits your rhythm.

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift** : Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + **2nd Shift** : Wednesday–Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $28–30/hr (based on experience)

    **Type:** Temp-to-Perm – this could be your long-term home!

     

    Must have some Commercial experience

    What You'll Tackle:

    + Keep things safe and smooth by following all safety procedures and maintenance routines

    + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical circuits (AC/DC), and a variety of building systems

    + Maintain and repair plumbing, locks, doors, and furniture across multiple facilities

    + Handle painting, patching, and general handyman duties to keep things looking sharp

    + Use CMMS to document tasks, track maintenance, and stay ahead of issues

    + Move and set up office equipment, furniture, and respond to tenant service requests

    + Bring excellent customer service to the forefront—because people matter here

    + Team up with others to keep buildings in top shape, no matter the season

    What You Bring:

    + 5+ years of solid experience in construction or building maintenance

    + Broad hands-on skills with tools, systems, and repair techniques

    + Confidence in basic HVAC, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, and general maintenance tasks

    + Basic computer savvy—especially for maintenance software (CMMS)

    + Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, climbing, and tackling whatever the job requires

    + Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an eye for quality

    + Ability to work indoors and out, rain or shine, day or night

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
