    **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a skilled and motivated **Service and Repair Technician** to support the configuration and deployment of handheld mobility devices for a leading technology client. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical and mechanical skills who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Configure and deploy handheld devices for customer use.

    + Support all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on process efficiency and cost reduction.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation of device configurations.

    + Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed.

    + Be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

     

    What You Bring

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).

    + 3+ years of experience configuring or repairing mobility devices or similar equipment.

    + Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.

    + Familiarity with assistive technology and mobility standards.

    Skills:

    + Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

    + Effective communication and teamwork.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).     **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
