    **Location:** Fossil Creek, TX | **Pay Rate:** $14.50/hour | **Schedule:** Night Shift: Mon-Fri (7pm - 7am)

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking hardworking General Labor - Light Industrial associates to help keep our operations running smoothly in the consumer products sector. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to safety, this opportunity is for you!

    Role Overview:

    As a General Laborer in the light industrial field, you will be responsible for a variety of physical tasks that keep our warehouse, production, and distribution areas functioning efficiently. Your role will be vital to ensuring our products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and effectively. By maintaining a safe and clean workspace, you’ll directly contribute to the overall success of our operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general duties involving physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment.

    + Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements.

    + Operate industrial power equipment such as manual/powered pallet jacks.

    + Restock and replenish materials as needed.

    + Perform general maintenance to ensure equipment and operations run smoothly.

    + Fill in for other positions as necessary, contributing wherever needed.

    + Assist with warehouse, production, and cooler service duties.

    + Regular physical activity including bending, kneeling, lifting 50+ pounds, and climbing.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma (Preferred).

    + 0-1 year of general work experience.

    + Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks to lift products.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Steel-toe boots required for safety purposes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience.

    + Forklift certification is a plus.

    + Experience in following safety protocols and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

    Safety Requirements:

    + Temperature monitoring is required before entering the facility.

    + Face coverings are mandatory at all times while at the facility.

    + Proper attire includes non-logo tees (red, black, or grey) and non-logo baseball caps (if applicable).

    + Safety footwear specifications: Steel-toe boots with puncture-resistant soles (Kevlar bottom), slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test, and a minimum height of 6 inches.

    **Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
