    About the Role

    As a **Materials Scheduler** , you’ll oversee forecasting, planning, and scheduling activities to align inventory levels with production capacity and customer demand. You’ll work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production.

    What You’ll Do

    + Manage forecasting, planning, and workflow processes to support production goals

    + Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet customer expectations

    + Review order quantities and inventory needs 1–3 weeks in advance

    + Coordinate inventory levels with manufacturing capacity and schedule orders accordingly

    + Assist production management in prioritizing assembly operations

    + Work with sales to align material availability with contract volumes

    + Develop structured forecasting systems using historical data and production metrics

    + Monitor material flow and identify shortages or bottlenecks

    + Produce reports on production performance and material availability

    + Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with control procedures

    + Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and inventory management

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma required; college degree is a plus

    + 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or a related field

    + Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet

    + Strong communication skills in technical environments

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
