    About the Role

    In this role, you’ll support business transformation projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and resolving open issues across field and support functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project alignment, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Support the Business Transformation Director with project coordination and execution

    + Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams

    + Track project status and follow up on open issues

    + Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

    + Maintain project documentation and workflows (SharePoint knowledge a plus)

    + Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership

    + Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Top Skills:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 8+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related field

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint

    + Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow tools is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $54.00 per hour
