**Job Type:** Full-Time, 12-Month Contract

**Schedule:** Monday- Friday; First Shift 8AM-5PM

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled **Systems and Data Analyst** to join our team supporting a major aerospace client. In this role, you'll work with the Supply Chain COE Master Data Governance (SC COE MDG) team to lead Material Master (MM) data strategy and support global initiatives that ensure consistency and compliance across SAP platforms, including S/4HANA, ECC, MDG, and GTS. Your expertise will directly impact the integrity of enterprise data and the success of high-profile programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Facilitate workshops with global Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and shape MM data governance processes.

+ Support pre- and post-data load activities during conversion and cutover phases.

+ Develop detailed functional design and configuration documents with process flows and integration requirements.

+ Utilize DRF framework to implement data replication solutions.

+ Apply MDG mass processing and consolidation techniques to drive quality and eliminate duplicates.

+ Collaborate with data conversion teams to define and execute business rules.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve production MDG MM issues.

+ Support cutover activities including Redbook documentation and transport validation.

+ Ensure compliance with change request governance, validations, and approvals.

+ Define and enforce business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 6 years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

+ Experience with full lifecycle MDG implementations on S/4HANA

+ Deep knowledge of SAP Master Data processes and MDG data models

+ Proficient in configuration, workflows, FPM, BRF+, validations, and derivations

+ Prior involvement in SAP conversion projects across multiple functional areas

+ Hands-on experience with implementation and support of Materials Master Data

+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications

+ Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem including S/4, MDG, and GTS

+ Familiarity with SAP best practices for master and transactional data

+ Strong grasp of SAP Activate methodology

+ Proficient in data management principles and governance frameworks

**Pay Details:** $65.32 per hour
