    Role Overview

     

    Sodexo is seeking a **General Manager 4 - Food** for **Melbourne Regional Hospital** located in **Melbourne, FL** . In this role you will provide leadership and strategic direction for 3 managers and 30+ FTEs, and have oversight of food services to include retail, patient services, and catering.

     

    **_Melbourne Regional Hospital_** is a part of the Orlando Health system servicing both inpatient and outpatients. It is 119 licensed beds located on the Space coast of Florida.

    What You'll Do

    + have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product

    + achieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costs

    + develop and maintain customer and client relationships

    + motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff members

    + ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
