**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Concrete Finishers** for projects located in the **Delaware, OH area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to **$28/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Concrete Finisher eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Set & align concrete forms to ensure proper depth and pitch

+ Prepare surfaces for pouring and cleaning work areas

+ Mix concrete to precise specifications

+ Pour concrete into forms

+ Use specialized tools like screeds, trowels, and floats to level, shape, and smooth the concrete surfaces

+ Monitor the effects of weather and environmental conditions on curing concrete

+ Apply hardening and sealing compounds as needed

+ Repair & resurface existing concrete structures

+ Patch voids and defects in fresh concrete and maintaining equipment used in the finishing process

+ Interpret blueprints and specifications

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
