    Do you possess in-depth knowledge of Automotive Fixed Operations focused on dashboard and data analysis, labor grids, parts matrix building, warranty filings, WLR, ELR, Hours/RO and labor rate increases with manufacturers?

    About the Role:

    The 100% remote/virtual based Stay Smart Coach is responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during our “Stay Smart” coaching approach. The Stay Smart Coach is responsible for ensuring their clients establish knowledge and behaviors in using their assigned analytic tool.

    Qualified Candidates Need:

    + 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience highly preferred

    + 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred.

    + Seasoned data analysis, labor grids, parts matrix building, warranty filings, WLR, ELR, Hours/RO and labor rate increases with manufacturers?

    + Passionate about building relationships and client success strategies.

    + Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner.

    + Must be comfortable interacting with and training all levels of management, including executive level managers.

    + Possess ability to understand and accomplish preset goals.

    + Must possess consultative problem-solving skills.

    + Must be comfortable and effective with all sales and service-related process questions.

    + Proven ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions.

    + Detail oriented.

    + Established ability to execute defined processes.

    + Must be able to effectively manage time, manage multiple accounts and strategically prioritize.

    + Ability to work well in a remote or office environment.

    + Demon strate an energetic and motivating personality.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Use consultative methods and prior experiences to effect change within multiple clients Dealership Service departments.

    + Educate, train and coach clients to navigate the software tool designed to improve and identify Fixed Operations key revenue drivers.

    + Use the “Perfect Pricing” model to garner projected financial impact for our clients.

    + Hold weekly / bi-weekly coaching sessions with clients’ staff to confirm and measure implemented changes.

    + Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes.

    + Use wins and outcomes to garner interest in additional Dynatron products.

    + Schedule and confirm attendance in available manager workshops.

    Compensation: $85,000 + Bonus / Commissions

    Total Compensation Potential: $149,999
