Detailed Description
Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
+ Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
+ Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
+ Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
+ Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
+ Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.
Additional Duties:
+ Assist with on-site projects.
+ Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
+ Upkeep of work area.
+ Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
+ Continued technical education.
+ Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
+ Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent, CompTIA A+ or extensive break-fix experience, Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record.
