Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently seeking a Air and Missile Defense Infrastructure ART Product Manager to join our Huntsville, AL. team.
The Infrastructure (INF) Agile Release Team (ART) Product Manager is responsible for overseeing software product deliveries and works closely with the System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners as key leaders of the INF ART. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy, vision, and roadmaps with customer needs and business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage software product deliveries within the INF ART framework.
+ Collaborate with System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners to ensure alignment of product strategy and vision.
+ Define and maintain product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives.
+ Foster innovation and drive the delivery of high-value features.
+ Provide leadership to large-scale agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Required Experience:
Required Qualifications:
+ U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
+ Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, sciences, or mathematics.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Air and Missile Defense domain, with emphasis on Networks and Operating Systems.
+ Strong understanding of networking to include Army tactical radios, Quality of Service (QoS), and Access Control Lists.
+ Strong understanding of Operating Systems (Linux and Windows) and System Cyber Security.
+ Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is highly desirable.
+ Experience in JIRA/Confluence
Security Requirements:
+ Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and leadership skills. The INF ART Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of software development efforts within the Air and Missile Defense domain.
