    Overview

     

    Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Interventional Radiologists to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the VA Pittsburgh Health Care System located at University Drive C Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures (e.g., angiograms, biopsies, catheter placements, embolizations).

    + Provide consultations and post-procedure evaluations.

    + Communicate test results per VHA Directive 1088.

    + Ensure timely patient care and follow-up.

    + Document care in VA’s electronic health record system.

    + Comply with HIPAA and VA privacy regulations.

    + Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance logs.

    + Adhere to VA policies, directives, and standards of care.

    + Maintain professional conduct; breaches may result in removal.

    + Participate in quality assurance and performance evaluations.

    + Collaborate with VA staff and referring physicians.

    + Notify COR of any scheduling issues or obstacles.

    + Complete mandatory VA training annually (e.g., HIPAA, BLS/ACLS, ethics, patient safety).

    + Provide CME documentation for privileging and re-privileging.

    + Submit monthly invoices with required documentation.

    + Provide reports and certifications as outlined in contract deliverables.

    Qualifications

    + Board Certified in Radiology.

    + Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia

    + NPI report printout

    + Active DEA license

    + Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

    All candidates must be able to:

    + Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift

    + Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist

    + Lift up to 20 lbs

    + Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance

    + Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
