Job Summary
Supports St. Joseph Hospital's strategic recruitment initiatives by playing a key support role in provider recruitment, placement, retention and outreach at assigned facilities. In collaboration with the Provider Recruiter, is responsible for the overall site visit and recruitment efforts.
Essential Job Responsibilities
+ Coordinates the on-site interviews for all Provider candidates (including travel arrangements and itineraries for onsite and virtual interviews).
+ Provides timely updates and follow up communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
+ Collaborates with the Provider Recruiter, Leadership, Provider Onboarding Specialist, and local HR Coordinator, to ensure exceptional candidate care experiences from interviewing to onboarding.
+ Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to track candidate progress.
+ Tracking candidate reimbursement process for interview expenses incurred by provider.
+ Implement assessment surveys for the system and gather data for reporting.
+ Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health and the Catholic Health Ministry.
+ Other duties as consistent with this role.
Job Requirements
+ The ability to multi-task, planning and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work in accordance with changing deadlines.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skills.
+ Exceptional organizational skills.
+ Exceptional computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Exhibit a high-energy level, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team, with flexibility in work hours to schedule and meet the needs of the medical staff.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate a professional and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients, including administrators, physicians, peers, and support staff.
Education & Experience
+ Associate’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with senior level scheduling, administrative tasks and organizational professional representation.
