Position Summary:

We are hiring a **professional Lobby Guard** to provide security services at a **downtown Chicago commercial building** . This role is ideal for individuals with 3 **+ years of security experience** and a **strong customer service background** , especially in professional and front-facing settings.

**Compensation:** USD $19.00 / Hour

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Schedule Details:

+ **Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 AM

+ **Days:** Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor lobby activity and control building access

+ Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors professionally

+ Maintain a visible security presence at the front desk

+ Handle incidents and complete reports promptly and accurately

+ Maintain high standards of appearance and conduct

Requirements:

+ **2+ years of security experience**

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Must present a **professional demeanor and appearance**

+ Ability to remain alert, courteous, and responsive during overnight hours

+ Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
