As a **Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol** in **Louisville, KY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service, assisting individuals with questions and concerns while maintaining clear and professional communication. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity within the manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and/or visitor identification as required by site policies.

+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
