Description
We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to support business objectives and enhance brand recognition.
• Manage email marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, execution, and performance analysis.
• Strategically plan and oversee B2B marketing efforts to effectively target and engage key audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
• Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing activities.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or retention roles, preferably in fintech or technology industries.
+ Hands-on familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SMS solutions.
+ Deep understanding of marketing channels such as email marketing, SMS, embedded push notifications, and app alerts.
+ Ability to work with analytics teams, interpret data reports, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
+ Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or proprietary dashboards.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong ability to collaborate with remote teams while maintaining alignment on goals and expectations.
+ Familiarity with emerging AI and personalization tools is a plus.
+ Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation processes.
