• Data Engineer

    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to Microsoft Fabric and a strong background in building scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and enabling advanced analytics across the enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure services.

    + Build and optimize data architectures to support AI/ML model training and deployment.

    + Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive insights and innovation.

    + Integrate data from various sources including cloud, on-premises, and third-party APIs.

    + Implement data governance, quality, and security best practices across all data engineering processes.

    + Utilize Microsoft Fabric to support unified data experiences and analytics workflows.

    + Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance.

    + Document technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.

    + Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL.

    + Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling techniques.

    + Experience with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation and model deployment.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its components (e.g., OneLake, Power BI, Data Activator).

    + Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
