    Description

    A boutique law firm in San Francisco specializing in commercial real estate is hiring a Real Estate Attorney to handle transactional matters involving leasing, development, and acquisitions. Candidates must be confident in negotiations and client advisory.

    Responsibilities:

    + Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase/sale agreements, easements, and financing documents

    + Advise clients on land use, title, zoning, and environmental matters

    + Support due diligence and transactional closings

    + Collaborate with real estate developers, property managers, and outside consultants

    + Stay up to date on developments in real estate law and local regulations

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + JD and active California Bar license

    + 3–6 years of experience in real estate law

    + Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills

    + Experience working with private or institutional real estate clients

    + Excellent project management and time management abilities
