    Robert Half is partnering with a national law firm seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Naples, FL office. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team handling complex, high-impact litigation across a variety of matters nationwide. The firm offers a base salary up to $200K, a hybrid work schedule, and a reasonable billable target of 1700 hours, along with a clear, merit-based path to partnership.     Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Member of the FL Bar

    + 3+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts

    + Strong legal writing, motion practice, and deposition skills

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively

    + Florida Bar admission or eligibility preferred
