Description

This entry-level Legal Assistant role is a perfect fit for a recent college graduate interested in exploring a legal career. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a law firm in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals across various legal departments

+ Assist with client intake, document preparation, and court filing (including e-filing and service of process)

+ Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

+ Track deadlines, manage calendars, and schedule meetings

+ Handle general office tasks such as scanning, mail processing, and answering client calls in
