    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Front Desk/Accounting Clerk to join our team at a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support at the front desk while assisting with basic accounting tasks such as A/P, invoice filing, and QuickBooks entries.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner

    + Perform data entry and maintain front desk records

    + Assist with accounts payable: invoice processing, matching, and filing

    + Use QuickBooks to input and track financial transactions

    + Handle incoming and outgoing mail

    + Support office operations and administrative duties as needed

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) – required

    + 1+ year of experience in an office or accounting environment

    + Basic knowledge of QuickBooks – preferred

    + Great personality!

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
