Description

A mid-sized law firm in San Francisco is looking for a versatile Paralegal to float across multiple practice areas including litigation, corporate, and employment. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative team setting

Responsibilities:

+ Provide cross-functional paralegal support to attorneys in litigation, corporate, and employment law matters

+ Prepare, format, cite-check, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, contracts, and agreements

+ Coordinate court filings, service of process, and calendar deadlines in both state and federal courts

+ Assist in the drafting of legal correspondence, contracts, and case summaries under attorney supervision

+ Maintain and organize case files, client records, and internal databases

+ Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel with professionalism and discretion

+ Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of paralegal experience across more than one legal practice area

+ Strong familiarity with California legal procedure and filing platforms

+ Paralegal certificate strongly preferred

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible in a fast-paced setting

+ Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
