Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for branding and visual storytelling to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful designs that reflect and elevate our brand identity across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your creativity will directly influence how our organization is perceived globally.
Responsibilities:
• Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials, event branding, social media graphics, and digital content.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the established brand identity, maintaining consistency and enhancing the overall brand presence.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere, to produce high-quality graphics and video content.
• Transform complex financial data into engaging charts, graphs, infographics, and visual narratives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life while meeting project objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Incorporate feedback effectively, refining designs to meet stakeholder expectations without compromising creativity.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual storytelling across various channels.
• Maintain and organize digital assets using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Support video content creation and motion graphics for conferences, recruitment efforts, and social media campaigns. Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics creation using tools such as Premiere and Media Encoder.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
• Exceptional typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills with a proactive approach to project ownership.
• Experience working in a Windows environment; familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp is advantageous but not required. Innovation starts with people.®
