Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to support our Front Office Trading operations across commodities. This role involves building enterprise-grade applications and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with traders and stakeholders to understand workflows, analyze requirements, and implement technology that enhances performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain full stack applications and data solutions hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support Front Office trading activities.

+ Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver tailored technical solutions that address real-world trading challenges.

+ Lead the design and implementation of enhancements to trading platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

+ Coordinate with internal teams and external IT consultants across global locations to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

+ Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, alerting, and predictive analytics.

+ Engage with global development teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

+ Serve as a representative of the IT department, promoting its capabilities and fostering strong relationships across the business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in full stack development, preferably within trading or financial services.

+ Strong proficiency in AWS services, including data warehousing and cloud-native application development.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

+ Experience in agile development environments and DevOps practices is a plus
