osition Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Order Processing Clerk to support daily operations by accurately entering customer orders and processing data. This position requires a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Enter customer orders into the system quickly and accurately

+ Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

+ Process sales and purchase orders

+ Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment

+ Maintain digital and physical order records

+ Provide support for inventory tracking and reporting

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum – required

+ Previous experience in data entry or order processing preferred

+ Strong computer skills, especially with Excel and order entry systems

+ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
