    The 1,054-room Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is the newest luxury hotel in the City of Boston, and the most significant hotel project in the city for the last forty years. The property features seven outlets for drinking and dining, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. It boasts more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and caters to the most discerning clientele.

    Job Description

    TheMassage Therapistis responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.

    + Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.

    + Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.

    + Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.

    + To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being always followed.

    + Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.

    + Attend all required department trainings and meetings.

    + Perform any other duties required by management.

    Qualifications

    + Current State Massage License

    + 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy

    + Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.

    + Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.

    + Must meet standards of appearance and always maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
