    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for new and existing equipment.

    + Develop and maintain SOPs, PM procedures, and equipment specifications.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize:

    + Material cleaning systems

    + Collaborative robots (e.g., automated palletizers)

    + EFD lubrication systems

    + Cognex vision systems for inspection and label verification

    + Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of:

    + Automated Box Erectors

    + Zebra printers and label applicators

    + Semi-Automatic Case Formers and Sealers

    + Checkweighers

    + Automated Stretch Wrappers

    + Conduct equipment characterization and performance analysis.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

    Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

    + Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in equipment validation or automation in a regulated industry.

    + Familiarity with IOQ, OQ, PQ protocols and documentation.

    + Experience with Cognex vision systems, collaborative robotics, and packaging automation.

    + Preferred:

    + Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or food manufacturing environments.

    + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
