Overview:
The **Revenue Administration Specialist** plays a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Revenue Division by managing purchasing functions and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
This position is responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Additionally, the specialist provides general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, recordkeeping, and customer service.
Looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Knowledge of all Kansas City, Missouri Health and Safety Codes/Regulations and the ability to acquire and maintain a Kansas City, Missouri Health Department Food Handler's Permit.
+ Knowledge of inventory practices and inventory systems.
+ Knowledge of food preparation, service and quality; menu development; and labor and food cost controls.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software systems.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
+ Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
+ Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, administrative support, purchasing, or finance-related roles.
Driver's License
Food Handlers Card Issued by KC, Missouri
