Job Title: Dimensional Inspector

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Salary: Based on Experience

Overview: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Dimensional Inspectors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in machining and precision measurement to contribute to high-quality production outcomes. We are looking to fill at least two positions immediately, with the potential for long-term contract work leading to permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct thorough dimensional inspections utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

+ Measure and evaluate geometric tolerances against detailed specifications.

+ Interpret complex blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) data effectively.

+ Accurately document inspection results and communicate findings to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

+ Maintain inspection equipment and ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in dimensional inspection; or an Associate's Degree (or higher) with at least 1 year of experience.

+ Proficiency in using dimensional hand tools and a solid understanding of inspection techniques.

+ Certification in Visual Testing (VT) or Penetrant Testing (PT) is a significant advantage and will be compensated accordingly.

+ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Local candidates are preferred; however, we welcome applicants who may require per diem and are open to relocating after an initial period.
