Job Title: Advanced Technician

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $25/Hour

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri

An advanced manufacturing lab is looking for entry-level candidates to join their hands-on training program. This is a great opportunity for recent grads who want to break into a high-tech industry and grow into technician or junior engineering roles.

What You’ll Do:

+ Learn how to assemble, test, and inspect precision photonic components

+ Gain experience with tools, equipment, and cleanroom procedures

+ Support production teams and quality control efforts

+ Follow detailed work instructions and standard procedures

+ Work closely with experienced technicians and engineers as you develop your skills

What They’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree required (technical or science-related fields preferred)

+ No experience necessary – full training provided

+ Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

+ Mandarin language skills preferred (not required)
