We’re looking for compassionate LPNs and RNs who want to make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults with specialized medical needs. Instead of rushing from patient to patient, you’ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of your client’s home—helping them not just live, but thrive.

What You’ll Do

Your role is more than clinical—it’s personal. You’ll:

+ Administer medications and treatments prescribed by the physician

+ Provide g-tube, trach, and ventilator care

+ Monitor vital signs and overall client condition

+ Assist with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, and mobility

+ Teach and guide families in care routines

+ Keep detailed records and communicate with the care team

+ Follow a personalized care plan while adapting to each client’s unique needs

And while you’ll often work independently, you’ll never be alone—our nurse supervisors and 24/7 support team have your back every step of the way.

+ Active LPN or RN license in good standing
