    City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and ambitious B2B Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving our sales growth and supporting our mission to provide exceptional facility services to businesses across the region. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into lasting partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and email marketing.

    + Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives and assist in the preparation of sales presentations.

    + Maintain accurate records of communications with prospects and update CRM systems accordingly.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates.

    + Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for sales strategies and process improvements.

    + Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position City Wide’s services.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

    + 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related role.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

    + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
