    Job Title: Hydraulic Assembler/Tubing Specialist

     

    Pay: $22-28/hr.

    Job Description

    As a Hydraulic Assembler/Tubing Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of tubing systems. This role requires technical expertise in understanding the applications, materials, and safety standards related to various tubing systems. You will work closely with other technicians and field teams to ensure systems are efficient, functional, and safe.

    Responsibilities

    + Install and ensure proper setup of tubing systems in line with engineering specifications and industry standards.

    + Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tubing systems to prevent system failure.

    + Evaluate tubing systems for efficiency, performance, and safety, recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary.

    + Assist in the design and specification of tubing systems, ensuring they meet both technical and regulatory requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

    + Experience in repair and quality inspection of tubing systems.

    + Proficiency in handling hydraulic hoses and performing hydraulics maintenance.

    + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

    + Knowledge of preventive maintenance, blueprints, and schematics.

    + Experience with heavy equipment and production environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in deburring and using cutting tools.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granbury, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
