Job Overview

Aerotek is hiring General Production Workers to join a door manufacturing facility in Spokane. This role involves operating machinery and power tools to assemble pre-fabricated and pre-hung doors. Tasks include measuring components, reading work orders, installing hardware, and prepping doors for painting. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction, production, or warehouse environments and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate mills, chop saws, joiners, and nail guns for door assembly

+ Measure components and follow instructions accurately

+ Read work orders and install parts such as hinges

+ Sand and prep doors for the paint booth

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

+ Experience with hand and power tools

+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately

+ Machine operation experience preferred

+ Experience in construction, production, or warehouse work

+ Forklift experience is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
