Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will operate machinery and power tools such as mills, chop saws, joiners, and nail guns to assemble pre-fabricated and pre-hung doors. Your tasks will include measuring components, reading work orders, and installing parts like hinges. Additionally, you may assist in preparing and sanding doors for the paint booth.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery and power tools for door assembly.

+ Measure and follow instructions accurately.

+ Read work orders and install appropriate parts.

+ Assist in sanding and prepping doors for painting.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Construction or assembly experience.

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift operation is a plus.

+ Attention to detail and precise decision making.

+ Past experience in construction, production, or warehouse is helpful.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
