    Job Title: Carpenter

    Job Description

    This position involves engaging in general carpentry work, contributing to the construction of ground-up commercial buildings. The role includes tasks such as light form work, framing, finish work, and handling punch lists.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general carpentry tasks in ground-up commercial construction projects.

    + Engage in light form work, framing, and finish carpentry tasks.

    + Handle punch lists to ensure project completion and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction.

    + Proficient understanding of blueprints.

    + Strong ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in commercial construction is highly valued.

    + Ability to work efficiently in new construction environments.

    + Skilled in finishing work and detail-oriented tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
