Job Title: Production Lead

Job Description

The Production Lead will oversee the production area, managing complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations in alignment with company policies and safety procedures. The role ensures an effective and accurate production line that minimizes costs and aligns with unit objectives.

Shift:

Swing Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Weekend - Sunday 5:00pm - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

+ Plan, schedule, and monitor the production cycle according to company instructions.

+ Determine staff requirements for production schedules and coordinate, monitor, and train all production staff.

+ Coordinate the efficient movement of production to meet area requirements.

+ Apply process specifications governing the production of products within an assigned cell, recording production time and quantity data.

+ Perform complex precision assembly following written, visual, and verbal instructions.

+ Conduct inspections of own and others' work to ensure correctness in accordance with company or customer drawings.

+ Other responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production and general labor.

+ Strong supervisory skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

+ Capability in production supervision and management.

+ Expertise in assembly and packaging processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proven ability to manage manufacturing and assembly operations.

+ Strong communication skills for coordinating production staff.

+ Precision in following process specifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.79 - $25.79/hr.
