Description

We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Junior AI Support Administrator to join our team. You’ll provide hands-on assistance for our custom in-house AI tool, designed to help franchisees with POS operations via smart chat functionality. This person will partner with development team members daily – and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of technical internal users, as well as executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers to create an AI custom-in-house-built tool to support franchisees with a AI chat functionality

• Monitor chat interactions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases appropriately

• Collaborate with product and development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

• Author and update clear, user-friendly knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides related to the AI tool

• Assist in onboarding new franchisees by helping them understand and use the AI chat functionality effectively

• Analyze support trends and contribute to continuous product enhancement

• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback from a user-support perspective

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

• Basic understanding of POS systems and retail operations

• Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or virtual assistants preferred

• Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems

• Passion for helping others and solving problems with empathy and precision

• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Bonus Experience

• Exposure to AI training data workflows

• Experience writing knowledge base articles or technical documentation

• Prior experience supporting franchise operations or distributed teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
