Here’s what you’ll be doing:

+ Stocking in new vehicles and making journal entries to input vehicle specifications and cost data into accounting system

+ Processing payments to purchase used vehicles from auctions, wholesalers and individuals

+ Processing certifications for used vehicles and processing dealer transfers

+ Additional tasks may include: preparing checks, filing, and other general administrative duties

+ Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

+ Minimum 1 year of general office experience, superior customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, cash handling, multi-line phone and 10-key

+ Accounting and/or automotive experience using accounting software experience preferred

+ High School diploma required

+ Valid in-state driver’s license
