    As a Marketing Analytics Senior Associate within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating data files for targeted marketing campaigns and customer communications. You will complete projects from start to finish, translating business strategy into actionable customer and prospect lists, and conducting quality checks on output. Collaborate with LOB-specific marketing and product teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, statements, branch, ATM, and digital media. Your problem-solving skills and ability to innovate will be key to consulting on the design and execution of marketing programs.

     

    In this role, you will thrive in a high-pressure environment, where your projects will have a significant financial impact. Your confident and outgoing disposition will enable you to work effectively with team members, clients, and senior executives. You will understand the cost-benefit relationship between solution sophistication and practicality, striving for the fastest and most accurate results.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and document technical specifications.

    + Interpret marketing strategy and translate it into data and code.

    + Develop a working knowledge of marketing campaign data and procedures.

    + Pull data from internal and external sources via SQL and SAS; develop, debug, and execute SAS/SQL code.

    + Assess and maintain data and process integrity.

    + Relay process and data nuances to partners to optimize marketing programs.

    + Complete projects independently from start to finish.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Experience with SQL on platforms such as Teradata, DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.

    + Proficient in analyzing statistical data using SAS; SAS Base Certification is a plus.

    + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., Computing and Information Theory, Business, Statistics).

    + Advanced degrees in Economics, Statistics, Math, or Business Analytics preferred.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strong oral and interpersonal skills; ability to translate data into a story for stakeholders.

    + Strong logic and problem-solving skills.

    + Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    + Analytics experience related to targeted marketing campaigns.

    + Ability to listen, observe, acknowledge, lead by example, and provide recommendations.
