    • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (plus overtime as needed)

    + Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

    + Coordinate appliance installations from start to finish.

    + Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    + Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for installations.

    + Serve as the go-to contact for customer questions and concerns.

    + Track installation metrics and maintain accurate records.

    + Experience in installation coordination (preferred).

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Expert-level product and installation knowledge.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
