    Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

     

    Shifts Available: All Shifts

     

    Compensation: Based on Experience

    Job Description:

    As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside nurses and care team members to assist residents with their daily living routines, providing compassionate and respectful care that enhances the quality of life for every individual.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

    + Support residents with mobility, transfers, and meals

    + Record and report vital signs or changes in resident condition to nursing staff

    + Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

    + Treat all residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism

    Qualifications:

    + Valid CNA certification in the State of Florida

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English clearly

    + Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

    + A caring attitude and a strong desire to help others

    Requirements:

    + Physically and mentally able to perform routine, repetitive duties

    + Friendly, considerate, and dependable with a strong work ethic

    + Patient, compassionate, and respectful toward elderly residents
