    Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

     

    Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

     

    Compensation: Based on Experience

    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term or rehabilitative setting

    + Assess residents and report observations to appropriate staff

    + Implement and evaluate individualized care plans

    + Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality care is provided

    + Maintain required documentation and follow established nursing procedures

    + Set up and operate medical equipment safely and effectively

    + Respect and protect resident rights and confidentiality

    + Provide education to residents and families as directed

    + Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed

    + Uphold facility policies and demonstrate professionalism at all times

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Graduate of an accredited Practical (Vocational) Nursing Program

    + Current LPN license in the state of Florida or Compact/Multistate

    + Valid CPR certification

    + Prior experience in a long-term care or acute care setting preferred

    + A team player with compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality care

    + IV Certification
