• Internal Patient Transport Ambassador - FT 8am-4pm

    Patient Transport Ambassador – We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat Guest Services Rep to work at a medical facility in Hartford, CT

     

    The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours Monday-Friday.

    Some of the responsibilities of the Patient Transport Ambassador include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Providing a warm welcome and directions to arriving customers.

    + The Ambassador will provide wheelchair assistance and transport services from the lobby area into the hospital to various departments.

    + The Ambassador will be proactive in keeping the lobby neat, clean, and organized which includes removing pieces of trash and arranging wheelchairs.

    + The Ambassador will work closely with the Valet team, the security team, and the hospital transportation department.

    + High Customer Service Skills and the ability to walk and push people on hospital wheelchairs are necessary

     

    $17.69 base pay to start.

     

    Paid sick/vacation time available, Health/Dental insurance available for FT after 90 days (50/50 split), 401k available after one year.
