    What You'll Do

    + Collaborate with local teams to identify areas for improvement and provide hands-on guidance during process changes.

    + Review and analyze incident reports, then prepare easy-to-understand summaries for management to drive action.

    + Track progress toward quality goals by collecting, organizing, and interpreting key data points.

    + Lead engaging training sessions on incident reporting and quality standards for staff across your region.

    + Conduct on-site audits, checking documentation and practices to ensure readiness for licensing and certification reviews.

    + Investigate incidents or concerns, gathering facts and interviewing staff to ensure transparency and accountability.

    + Work closely with operations to implement and monitor new strategies, following up to confirm positive outcomes.

    Qualifications

    + Must reside in or near the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO area

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + At least three years of experience in quality improvement or a related social services field.

    + Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

    + Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Strong communication and customer service skills.

    + A true commitment to quality and continuous improvement in everything you do.
