    Facilities Engineer \(Industrial Engineer\), Coventry RI

     

    As the Facilities Engineer, you will oversee maintenance activities, manage construction projects, and enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within our manufacturing facility\.

     

    You will contribute to Environmental, Health, and Safety \(EHS\) initiatives by implementing safer and more environmentally friendly operations\.

     

    Additionally, you will collaborate with the Facilities & EHS Manager and/or external contractors to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables\.

     

    This position is onsite in Coventry, Rhode Island\.

    What you'll be doing as a Facilities Engineer:

    Designing efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy\.

     

    Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement\.

     

    Implementing quality control procedures\.

     

    Developing ergonomic solutions to improve worker safety and comfort\.

     

    Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

     

    Work with internal maintenance team and/or external contractors to execute project deliverables

    Qualifications

    Skills You Bring to This Role:

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills \(written and verbal\)

     

    Manufacturing production knowledge

     

    Manufacturing automation experience

     

    Good understanding of safety programs for manufacturing preferred

    What you need to be successful:

    + Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field\.

    + At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a Manufacturing Environment\.

    + Preferred, Software Knowledge: AutoCAD\.
