    Description

    SAIC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Senior Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Oak Harbor, WA** . In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for our warehouse operations, ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures.

    + Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of orders, and coordinate with carriers.

    + TD Kit Management: Maintain and track Technical Directive (TD) kits, ensuring all components are accounted for and ready for use.

    + Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse staff and higher-level management, providing updates on inventory, shipments, and operational challenges.

    + Documentation: Prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms.

    + General Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics and warehouse functions.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Experience:

    + Associates degree or 5 (five) years of experience.

    + Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Ability to lift and move packages and stand for extended periods.

    + A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    + Prior experience with EA-18G highly preferred.

    Clearance Requirement:

    + Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

     

    Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
